What happens after the free month?
Your card is charged when the trial ends — we email you 3 days before. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Cancelling during the trial ends your access straight away. There's one free trial per person.
How does the launch offer work?
Solo is 50% off for your first 12 paid months: $12.50 a month, or $125 for your first year on yearly billing. Trial and paused months don't count towards the 12. If you cancel and come back later, it's the standard price.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings › Billing. The switch happens at the end of your current period, so you're never charged twice. Yearly works out to 2 months free.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — for 1 or 2 months at a time, up to 2 times in any 12 months. While paused you're not charged, no reminders or emails go out, and your account is read-only. Your data and any launch-offer months are kept.
What if I cancel?
After the trial, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You can download your students, lessons, invoices and payments as CSV files at any time.
What does it cost to accept card payments?
TutorFlow takes 5% of each card payment, plus a 1.7% + 30c card processing fee, before the money reaches you. On a $320.00 invoice you'd receive $298.26. Bank transfers have no fee.
Do prices include GST? Will I get a receipt?
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We email a receipt after every payment, and all your receipts are in Settings › Billing.
